PANIPURI



INGREDIENTS & METHOD:

FOR PURI DOUGH-
1. 1 cup semolina/sooji
2. 2 spoons of Wheat flour
3. 2 spoons of Maida
4. A pinch of baking soda
5. A pinch of salt
6. 2 tpsn of oil
7. 1 cup oil to fry
*Mix all the material in a bowl and knead the dough using water. Knead it nicely and let it set for 20 minutes covered with damp cloth.
*After then, cut the into 3-4 equal proportions.
*Roll it properly, not very thin nor very thick, thickness should be 3mm
*Cut round shape using cutter or can use small sharp glass or katori to get the round shape
*Dry the puris on a medium flame & place it on tissue paper to absorb oil.
*Keep it till it gets cool down & crispy.
*You can also store the puris in a tight container.
*To make it more crispy, you can microwave it for 1 minute and let it cool completely.
FOR PANI-
1. 1/4th cup imli soaked
2. Cumin coriander powder
3. Red chilli powder
4. Red chilli flakes
5. Kala Namak
6. Salt
7. Chopped coriander leaves
8. 1 chopped green chilli
*Mix all the ingredients and add 3-4 glasses of water & stir well. Take out all the imli pulp through a sieve and mix it nicely.
* Add salt and Kala Namak according to taste.
* You can also add few bundis.
FOR MASALA-
1. 1 cup soaked matar
2. 1 Chopped onions
3. 1 chopped green chilli
4. 1 tspn coriander leaves
5. Cumin coriander powder
6. Kala Namak
7. Chilli powder/ flakes
8. 2 tspn imli Pani
*Boil the soaked matar at first
*Next mix all the material in a bowl mentioned above.
*Masala for Panipuri is ready.
