BANANA SMOOTHIE



INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 4)


1. 5-6 Bananas
2. 1cup milk
3. 1 cup chopped watermelon cubes
4. 1/2 cup chopped banana cubes
5. 6-8 basil leaves (Tulsi patta)
6. Tutti frutti

METHOD:


1. Cut all the bananas into large pieces and place it in deep freezer for 2 minutes.
2. Now Take all the bananas , add 1 cup milk (milk should also be chilled) and whip it in a juicer or mixer,      be sure while adding milk that the mixture should be semi liquid not very thin.
3. Take a glass, pour the Banana Smoothie till half of the glass.
4. Put some cubes of watermelon & Bananas, you can place some Tutti Frutti also with few basil leaves.
5. A healthy Summer friendly Banana smoothie is ready to be served.
